Wow this place blew my expectations out of the water. The paneer is so flavorful and the naan was made just how I love it: in between crispy and soft. Highly recommend coming here to get your Indian fix!
My first time trying this place. I ordered the Gobi Manchurian (with medium spicy) and a side of the curry seed white rice. The flavor was on point and the texture was perfect. Definitely will be back to order many more times.
We came for a tasting to choose a restaurant to cater a wedding. Holy cow, was this good!!!! He highlight was the Channa Bhatura - smoky, aromatic, cooked to perfection. That being said, the paneer tikka masala, saag paneer, idli, pakora, sambaar were all fantastic, and the ghobi Manchurian was very good as well. We did order bindhi which was a bit middling, however everything was very well cooked. Naan was soft and buttery with a nice crisp crust and plenty of air with a slight chew. The flavors all around were complex, layered with a perfect balance of salt. I will say the spice level was wonderful for a “general” audience, but when we asked to tweak it up for our palate, they served us a beautiful daal makhni with a good kick. Finally, the chutneys were home-made, great blend of sweet and spicy. Went great with the Samosas!
The wait staff was so sweet and efficient, the owner and chef came out to speak with us throughout the meal, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet, perfect for conversation. The only negative here, is there was a television in my eyeliner, just stuck on pause. Fair warning - this restaurant is next to a banquet hall (also owned by the restaurant?) and the music and sounds carried over - but it sounded fun!
All in all, a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely back, and everyone in our party unanimously voted to request Royal Delhi Palace to cater the wedding!
The lunch buffet for 10 buffet has all your favorites from Tandoori Chicken, Samosas, Spinach Saag and Gulab balls. The food is always fresh and tasty. Has excellent service. If you like Indian Cuisine have at it and come on down 7 days a week!
What was once an amazing, authentic Indian restaurant has changed as the old owners sold the restaurant. The new owners took possession in November, and now the food is completely different. Even though they have some of the same types of food the taste is just completely different.
I found that the new owner is so pleasant that he walks around to make sure you are enjoying everything. He smiles and is very pleasant, however he is not the old owner. I was a regular to this restaurant so it's very very sad for me.
I am giving it 2 stars because they did change something in the ambiance which made it feel lighter and brighter however it's a shame that the quality is different and I miss the old staff.
Went here for a Sunday brunch.
They have a nice spread.
Had few snacks for the start , samosa was bit oily for my taste.
In the main course, i loved the sag paneer , and chicken tikka masala. There are more options too , a good variety on vegetarian food as well.
The first batch naan was good but disappointed with the second one , they were raw but the problem was service because it really gets busy in there and with one waiter for the place , you really have to wait for the naans.
The price is $11.99 per person which i think is reasonable for the food they offer.
Would recommend!
Excellent hot and best tasting punjabi food in America. Owner is extremely kind and loving person. He is very friendly and will assist with ordering. Food was perfect to taste.
Best buffet at the best price, with convivial atmosphere found only in beloved Asia.
